Thanks for commenting. You know what, that is a very fair criticism. I tend to be on the conservative side whenever I talk about investments. While the “Story” remains the same with a higher yield (still takes a long time) it would save off a few years for sure.

That’s a good note, next time I am writing a similar type of article, I’ll be a tad less conservative in the assumptions.
