Thanks for what is definitley the most unique comment so far on this issue. I had to read this comment a few times to make sure I was tracking all the points.

The opportunity cost issue is in the same ballpark of thinking as another article I wrote on the “Rent Vs. Buy breakeven point.” I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this article (not a concept I came up with, but one I found interesting)
