Hi, Soujanya Raj Thanks for the comment and question. It comes down to your risk preference. You can expect a higher return than 3.2% investing in something like stocks (index funds).

But 3.2% is not bad as a “guaranteed return”. Personally, I am focusing on investing overpaying my mortgage right now. That is based on my risk preferences.
