Last summer, Trish and I made our first trip to Las Vegas. As much fun as we had in Vegas, the highlight of the trip was easily the day we spent at the grand canyon. It had to be one of the most beautiful views i’ve ever seen and was hands down more impressive than Niagra-falls.
It was about 40+ degrees Celsius the day we visited the grand canyon in August, so naturally I had to squeeze a quick HIIT workout in! Let me say right here, do not workout in that level of heat it is very dangerous and stupid thing to do.
Checkout the video below and enjoy the view in this “mountain” themed quick workout. Let me know in the comments what other world wonders you would like me to perform a workout in front of, it will help us plan our next vacation.
