Thanks Steve, I am in a similar boat. I have one investment property but last few years have been enjoying investing in REITs, which are truly passive income.
Mostly just investing in REIT ETF’s. One focusing on U.S Real Estate and one focusing on international Real Estate. Great diversification and good yield for only 14 basis points in fees.
